PinMyDoor is a discovery platform that enables tutors to list their services and users to search for tutors based on locality, society, or area.

We act solely as an intermediary and:

• Do not provide tutoring services
• Do not employ tutors
• Do not guarantee outcomes, quality, or legality of any listing

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under parental/guardian supervision
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

Tutors may create listings on the Platform. By submitting a listing, tutors agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• They have the necessary permission to conduct classes at the listed location
• Their services comply with all applicable laws, housing society rules, and regulations
• They are solely responsible for the content they publish

We do not verify tutor credentials, permissions, or claims.

Any mention of societies, apartments, or localities is for identification purposes only.

We:

• Do not imply any association, endorsement, or approval from any housing society or its management
• Do not guarantee that tutors have authorization from the respective society

Users agree:

• To independently verify tutor credentials, permissions, and suitability
• Not to rely solely on information available on the Platform
• Not to misuse or misrepresent information

Users and tutors shall not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• List locations without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or restrict any listing without prior notice
• Act on complaints or legal notices
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any disputes between tutors and users
• Unauthorized or illegal activities conducted by tutors
• Any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from reliance on listings

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

If you believe any listing:

• Is unauthorized
• Violates society rules
• Contains false information

You may report it at: [Report Button] in the listing.

We will review and take appropriate action.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
